Service Engineer
售后工程师1.service job including installation, maintenance repair, calibration and training.
负责仪器安装、维护、维修、和基本操作培训。
2.Provide professional technical support and answer the customer's enquiry quickly.
为客户提供专业技术支持、快速准确地解答客户问题。
3.Work with service team to diagnose/analyze/repair product problems and complete the corresponding service work.
与服务团队一起诊断/分析/维修产品问题并完成相应服务工作。
4.Accept and complete the assignment upon
management arrangement.
接受并完成公司其它指派的任务。
1.At least 1 year working experiences in instrument or customer service experience.
至少一年以上仪器仪表现场服务经验。
2.Bachelor's degree in industrial automation or related major.
工业自动化或相关专业的本科学历。
3.Knowledge or experience of industrial control software applications.
具有工业控制软件应用方面的知识。
4.Accept frequent business trips across in the country.
接受全国各地频繁出差。
5.Good command on verbal and written English.
良好的英语表达和书写能力。
6.Occupational Health and safety acumen.
具有职业健康和安全意识。
