The MRP4 polyclonal antibody was developed
against human MRP4 and does not react with
other species.

Immunogen:
The BLASTP database was used to identify a
peptide sequence (1249-1268) in the MRP4
protein (SGR LKE YDE PYV LLQ NKE SL) that
was found to be specific for human MRP4. This
peptide was produced and used as the
immunogen.
Format:
200 μL of polyclonal antibody in borate buffer
and protein stabilizer at a concentration of 1.5 to
2.0 mg/mL. Purified by affinity chromatography.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term, -20°C long term. Aliquot
to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Western blot: Use at a 1:1,000 dilution for
immunoblot analysis.

Immunohistochemistry: Optimal conditions
under study.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
