Specificity Ku, Large Subunit Monoclonal Antibody - SIGNAL TRANSDUCTION This monoclonal antibody was generated against a proximal sequence element binding protein isolated from human placental extract. The binding protein was later recognized to be the Ku protein. Clone N9C1 recognizes the large (84kD) subunit of the human Ku protein. This antibody is useful in identifying and removing the Ku contaminants.
Uses Ku, Large Subunit Monoclonal Antibody - SIGNAL TRANSDUCTION This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunopurification and gel-shift assays.
