Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with C-MYC
(EQKLISEEDL) peptide conjugated with KLH.
After multiple immunizations in Freund’s
adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were
immunoaffinity-purified using the peptide
immobilized on a solid phase. The antibodies
were conjugated with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate
(FITC).
Specification:
Prior to conjugation, the antibodies were
analyzed by ELISA and Western blot analyses.
The molar F/P ratio is 5.6.

Format:
100 μL of 1.0 mg/mL liquid FITC-labeled
polyclonal antibody in PBS, pH 7.2 with protein
stabilizer and 0.1% sodium azide.
Storage:
Store at 4°C.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

ELISA

Western blot: Use at a 1:1,000 dilution.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
